Last Saturday 2-8, by far the worst I've ever been on...chased with big money at the end too...which was a lesson learned. A hundred dollars to whoever hits the plane.

now that is a streak.

during the 0-22 streak i had, i lost a teaser in NFL on a week when every team covered, except the one i took...21 of 22 and i picked that one loser

i finally got out of it when i called my local and took $10 on every dog the next week in the NFL...

I had a 1-8 day in June.
Then I went 3-9 on posted plays on my thread one night.

Some days I'm not focused. I well Not Plugged In. And I keep making plays. A bunch of plays. Then I sit back and watch many of them lose.

I can tell now when I am 'not plugged in'

If you feel that way. Just do something else. Watch a movie, take a nap, go walk your pitbull, etc.

Quite possible if you play big underdog MLs. My 3-27 run was in baseball and the overwhelming majority of plays were +125 to +250 dogs.

i don't know how many games in a row, but i know this. in 2008, i had 48 out of 51 losing days.. i am dead serious. i couldn't win if my life depended on it.. each day, it was not a question of if i was going to lose today, it was how much i was going to lose today..and you know what.. i always did lose.. when you cant' win, you can't win.. forget it..

had the a similar streak the past 3 months at BP, but nowhere as bad as last year..

streaks will happen with everyone, no matter how good or bad you are.. the KEY is to not run out of money, cause i swear to you, no matter what, they do come to an end, and then you go through a period where you jsut can't lose.. 8-1 everyday, followed by a 9-2, etc etc.. this can go on for weeks or months too.

REMEMBER, THE KEY TO GAMBLING IS TO STAY IN THE GAME AND DON'T RUN OUT OF MONEY. NEVER BET OVER YOUR HEAD.

Wow... I would say this type of betting falls more under the category of compulsive. You are giving out advice after losing 48 of 51 days? How about some solid advice like taking a few days off to prevent something like this from happening.

yeah jello, who is this guy?? hey G guy, i am running a business here, i can't just decide to take time off.. how do i know i am going to lose again?? it's all random.. do the athletes know i am going bad??

what if i took a day off and i would've gone 15-1?? now what?? i just fukked up my whole year.. the best i can do is maybe lower a tad my bets and of course not chase, but i have to keep plugging.

This idea of somebody placing 16 wagers in one day makes G's skin crawl Nicky. G's is a different kind of cat. He'll tell you he places like 2 or 3 bets a week. That might be a heavy week actually. And they are typically big ML favorites. He doesn't mess with the spread very much.

Look at his play under his name right now. He has two huge point spread favorites in a ML parlay. Cleveland was -1500 last night and Texas is -500. What's that gonna pay Nicky? I can't do that math. Whatever it is, that's G's big bet of the weekend... probably his only bet of the weekend.

I remember one time during the baseball season he started a thread to tell us all he like BOS as like a -385, and that he was laying a half unit on it.
