My favorite moments with Nicky was when he told me that he lives on the 17th floor at his apartment building back when he was living in East LA. Being a structural engineer I asked if he was absolutely sure because the building code wouldn't allow high rises in such a seismic area. Then he posted videos of East LA with stop signs in french and the trees looked what you typically see above 40th parallel but the numbnut still insisted it was the mean streets of East LA.

east la are pure houses and small apts.... Only big building is the USC hospital....
