halftime MoneyLine?

I had noticed only Pinny and Olympic offers 1st and 2nd halftime Moneyline. and no others.
These are the books I noticed with no half ML:

hollywood
bettrojan
wsex
vipsports
betcris, DSI

I wonder why? Does anyone have info on these situation?

Brick,
DSI and Cris have ML halves on baseball and that's it. No football (pro and ncaa) and basketball.
