This is such a fantastic question, I had to go check. The answer is no. Only 3314 posts at the moment.

I guess he may someday achieve the required number of posts (the phrase googluck next time too comes to mind for some reason) but then there is also the question of points for the entry fee.

At his current rate he won't have the required points until never.
