Please explain to me how NYJ@BUFF HALFTIME line is same as game line

Game line is NYJ-3/BUFF+3

i just checked halftime and it's exactly the same?

Shouldnt it be NYJ-2/BUFF+2 ??

It's not.

Bookmaker has BUF +3 (-130) for the first half and BUF +3.5 (-110) for the full game, for example.
