Nicky it was never about him, it was about you. (I never knew him, but am sure he was a good person - like my dad too.)

Believe me, I know what it feels like to lose a loved one, been down that road a couple of times myself.

Having said that, all of my beloved deceased relatives had a sense of humour and if I asked them while they were still alive "if I can make fun of you when you're gone" I know the answer would be yes.
