Question about BetCascade and other stiff books?
What makes a book go from a decent book to a stiff book?

Do they start out with the intention of stiffing at some point or does the idea develop over time and if so what causes it?

Do they not have enough customers and cant make enough profit to pay their bills?

Do the owners just use the deposits account as their personal checking acct and blow the money over time?

Do chargebacks etc rack up and cost them too much money?

Do they offer too good lines/bonuses and lose money?

Do they simply say at some point hey we got all this money in the bank from deposits let's just stiff and take it all who's gonna stop us?

It's obvious BetCascade is fine with continuing to take and steal deposits and the CR govt apparently has no motivation to stop blatant theft so a better question is what makes some decent books become stiff books while others remain decent books
