Neteller case pushed back another month..
Like I stated on another board and I will state it here. I doubt anyone is going to see any money from Neteller...and if they do it is going to be alot longer than the 75days they stated...which is June 4th...Monday. You would think they offer a press release to say that they have selectd (XX) number of people that will get paid 1st or how they will get the money to them...probably by Check

    NETELLER FOUNDERS STILL UNTRIED

Sixth continuance pushes trial date back another month

Neteller founders Stephen Lawrence and John Lefebvre will remain untried for a further month, according to a statement this week by the public information officer for the US District Attorney's Office in New York, where both men are on massive $5 million bail and restricted to movement within the state.

The Neteller duo, both Canadian citizens, were arrested by federal agents whilst on US soil back in January this year, subsequently released on heavy bail and have since been the subject of repeated continuances. Their arrest sparked the withdrawal of the Isle of Man based Neteller from the US market, freezing US player accounts, a situation that persists today.

No further details were available as we went to press, but the latest delay will mean the trial of the two men is unlikely to take place before the end of June...and there could be further delays when that date is reached.

    Not surprising.

Remember this is a USA ( Mickey Mouse ) Court charging them with engaging in a business they were licensed and regulated to conduct by the UK Government.

What is truly shameful is that in none of the cases brought forward has the UK Government stepped up to the plate to defend the businesses they licensed, regulated and most importantly PROFITED from.

The US Government has yet to prove Money Laundering, and with their constant delays, it would seem they have no confidence in doing so.

Agree. They can't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt and are stalling to broker a deal.
