Only time I have been to WV was to white water raft back in college. It has a creepy reputation, but I didn't think it would be dead last on this list though...

Having been in every mainland state in this country...........

West Virginia would be the last state where I would want to live..........thus, the ranking is probably right on the money.

I am not originally from MA, but I live in Boston now. The taxes suck, there's no parking in the city, and I never seen so many pissed off drivers.
