It is more common than what you think, players asking to get restricted or no access at all to casino software. Most casino software does have a 'blacklist'. We can add names upon request. PM Lou first.

The software is DGS(I think) and it's completely rigged. I don't know why SBR would employ a rigged casino, when all we play for our loyalty points. Maybe it was the cheapest option available. I think it's a shame that any company would do business w/ DGS--though it's understandable why so many sportsbooks use them.
