I stop by once a day for my six points a day, Jello, but after that there's not much to keep me here. The forum here has gone to shit and there's never anyone in the chat room when I drop by. I like buying stuffs with points I don't have to earn, but when it comes to chatting with other degens and posting/discussing plays, I find there are places where my energy is better applied. Posting at a busy forum is a rush at first, but afterwards you crave quality over quantity. That's where I'm at right now, posting and chatting at smaller communities where one poster can have more of an impact on the overall experience of a forum.

Robyn, I was at ********* for awhile (still make a couple posts a day there) but that place fell apart for lack of leadership. I don't know where I'll land next, currently I've been trying to break out of my cocoon and get out of town more, making new friends and reconnecting with old ones. I had a good year and I'm, realizing that if I don't enjoy myself more on a daily basis life may just pass me by entirely. It's easy to get caught up in maintaining the essentials of existence to the exclusion of the bigger picture of how precious life is and how it must be celebrated in order to be appreciated fully.

1. Wait a few weeks or months before creating a new ID
2. Do not jump feet first into the SBR drama
3. Do not act as if you know all of the ins and outs
4. Do not like and dislike the same things as your former self
5. Do not like and dislike the same people as your former self

Stick to these five simple rules and you should be A-OK.

I think even the people who get past the first and most difficult hurdle (#1) always tend to fail on #3 and #5. #3 sticks out like a sore thumb when someone suddenly after a month or so knows more about SBR than Mudcat/BBD?Illusion combined like they've spent a weekend reading every thread in existence. #5 is a killer - often the people they dislike were the reason they had to leave in the first place and they just can't stop having a swipe.

Those who announce their departure and then come back within a few days as either themselves or another ID, are junkies. They just can't help themselves.
