coach Fabris is also gone. He was the mastermind behind the directional kick on KO when Walsh can boot the ball 60 YDs 80% of the time.
when asked why he likes to directional kick , Fabris replyed that he likes the challenge

another rumor but I believe this one:
Logan Gray will be moved to wideout next year
starting QB will most likely be Aaron Murray. personally I havent see him play but the word is he's extremely atheletic and has the ability to run.

flashback of Richts FSU days with Charlie Ward

On what Damon Evans has told him about spending...
"He has said to me and publicly that we're going to do what we need to do to compete at the highest level and do what's appropriate."

                  or maybe not:
....Tommy Tuberville was on 790 the Zone this morning, and squelched any rumors that he'd be the Defensive Coordinator at Georgia, or anywhere else for that matter. Paraphrasing, Tuberville mentioned that he'd been a DC before, and that it was "too much work" (among other reasons.)

Later in the interview, he indicated that he expects to be a head coach again very soon, perhaps as early as 2010. He mentioned the ACC in particular as a possible destination, which seeing how Virginia is the only ACC school with an opening, that may be where he is leaning. I couldn't see him at Maryland (if that job ends up coming open.)

The Fridge is staying at Maryland...it was announced yesterday. Virginia is too fru fru for him. Many thought he would end up in Clemson. A good program would hire him pretty quickly. I doubt he'd take a coordinator position. He would clash with whoever the head coach is. Unless something unexpected opens up, I doubt he'll coach next season.

also seen a rumor about Tenuta, makes no sense to bring him IMO.
would love to see Kirby Smart come back but is his success at Bama his own success or Saban's. IMO he's just running Saban's defense.

sounds like Damon Evans is willing to spend top dollars for a top DC:

On what resources he will make available to Richt to find a replacement...
“I told Mark to go out and try to find the best coaches possible and that we’ll be very competitive and help him out and do what we need to do to attract the top candidates here. I’ve always said I want us to be competitive salary-wise in the marketplace, and that’s not going to hold us back. We’ll do what’s appropriate for the University of Georgia. But make no mistake about it, we’re going to go after the best coaches that are available, I’m there to support him, and we’re going to be extremely competitive.”

On competition for top coaches from places like Notre Dame and Florida (should Charlie Strong leave)...
“I’ve looked out there and obviously with all these different jobs that may be opening up we want to be extremely competitive. We want to position ourselves where we’re an elite institution and we’re going to do that. I believe if you have to pay to get certain individuals, then that’s what you have to do. Everybody has a different place in the marketplace. This person may command this salary, another individual may command something different. When we cross that road and we get there, we’re going to do what we need to do to get somebody
                                .”

Brian Van Gorder has been a name mentioned. Don't know why he'd come full circle though.
