Yeah, I know. I need to hit a two teamer in effect. I like my chances better on the over. I have a model that has this game going into the mid 160's, which is about where it opened. It's been pounded down to 153 at close so any real value in the under was gone before he played it.
I wish I had looked at it longer but I felt like I was flipping a coin so I just went with the home team basically. I also wish I'd waited until a couple minutes before the game went off instead of giving him 15 minutes to see I'd made a pick.
Fishhead I guess you're too cool or too hurt to post in this thread but it's obvious you are following this like a hawk.

The scoring pace is a bit slow at the 3/4 pole but it's a close game so who knows what kind of wild finish could be in store?

Congrats to Sexymit and Mexican Stallion - the only one of the four matchups showing any capping skills (6-1).
The remaining 3 matchups, consisting of Mudcat, Jellyfish, Eagles, Sharky, Sammy & Smitchy share a combined record of 12-20.

The round of Elite 8 was much more exciting than the last.
Mudcat used the power of the mustache to take out SBR favorite brutha man, JelloBiafra.
Sharky and Eagles in great matchup, even tho both are minus over 4 units. Eagles holds a .10 unit lead, with both players having plays remaining on the final day of action.
It's been a bad week for Sammy. First he only places 3rd in the coveted POTY award ceremony, then Smitchy completely dismantles him in the Power Poster tourney. Enjoy that humble pie, young'un.
Mex Stallion and Sexymit put on the best show. It was Sexymit jumping out to a huge lead, but Mex never faltered, and eventually pulled out a tiny margin victory. Judging by Sexymit's signature, it had something to do with double OT screwing him over or something.
Congrats to Mex, Smitch and Mudcat.
