******** Reloadable Card- What are my options?
I just purchased an All Access Reloadable card and need an address to get the permanent card shipped to (I have the temp card). Problem is, I live on a college campus and only have access to a P.O. Box and it won't let me enter my address on the activation page of ********... so with no address, I can't get the permanent card...

so how can I get the card to me???

I don't think keeping the temp card permanently is an option...

I just called ******** and they want a utility bill, social security card, and state id...

I already gave them my SS number before being locked out of the system but my accounts frozen because of the address debacle

I loaded 200 bucks onto this card last night before finding out of the strenuous verification procedures... I don't mind it for a book but faxing my social card is a little far I feel (for a prepaid card...) I just don't trust the internet (or them) that much...

do I have any other options other then sending them my personal information? I won't be doing that...

I won't be held libel in anyway or charged any fee's once I use up my money and shred the card though?

essentially I don't have a problem using the 200 up but my account is currently in-active so I'm not even sure if I'll be able to...

I was trying to put 200 into an account and where I bought the card they had a 3.95 fee with the card purchase so it was cheaper then the other all access cards that I had used before (the 100 dollar 5.95 fee gift cards)

I dont see how. It is a prepaid card if you have a bal of 200.00 just deposit 199 or ONE dollar less than the the real bal whatever it is

            My accounts 100% unusable...

this is such a scam... I try to register and immediately get frozen where I'm forced to call costomer service where they charge me .50 cents to make the call that they are forcing me to make... and now I can't use my card at the atm (I don't care about paying an atm fee) or to purchase anything...

obviously they can deduct money from my account... no-where else can...

            what a rip-off

I tried 4 different ATMs on campus (4 different banks) all showed me my account balance but would not let me withdraw anything... card got turned down at 2 places I tried to use it at after the ATMs failed...

            what can I do now?

It has to be just a glitch because I have been using my card for 2 years now and have only had one problem when trying to put to much money on it at moneygram.

I think you will get your problem resolved Rowdy. It really is the best option for deposit right now.

It is the best option for deposit. You need an address my man. Even when you want to withdraw from the book they're not gonna accept a random P.O. Box either. They're gonna be asking you to verify address as well. Use your moms or your boys, somebody semi-trustworthy and ur all set.

I have addresses verified at 2 books (my school p.o. box), and pokerstars... I really don't see the issue with it but I gave up on trying to get that to work... I was using my parents address when my account locked (which is a home address)...

I don't see why they're security check is so extensive on a pre-paid card that doesn't go through a bank... I set it up so that it would be shipped to my parents house and I'd pick it up when I was home for Christmas...
and when I log on or try to do anything I just see

"We're sorry, there is a problem with your account.
What To Do? Please contact customer support at 1-86-******** (1-866-387-7363) and one of our Customer Service Agents will be happy to assist you."

well I took there advise, called, got charged 50 cents and was told that I had to send 3 documents including a social security card...

it's the social security card that I have the issue in providing...
and I have no way to fax them (I'm sure theres a kinkos somewhere but still...) and they won't even let me e-mail them... phone calls only for .50 cents a call (and the guy was rather snobby...)

                        That is really surprising.

I got my card in 2 working days and was not asked for a single item of identification.

My perm card is 16 numbers---same as all debit/credit cards.

                                    Is the temporary card fewer?

                                        My temp is 16 digits

deposit went through at the book (carib)

there is no fee for keeping like 3 bucks on the card though is there? if so I'll deposit however much above the min amount or whatever but I put 200 on the card and deposited 195 so that I'd have 3 bucks left on the card...
