I only use a real **** Card, not virtual. In my case, as long as I have the card registered I don't have a limit on the amount I can withdraw with the card. That is, if my first deposit was with the card.

If the books do withdraws on credit or debit cards then yes you can have withdraws on virtuals too as long as the virtuals except reloads in the form of ACH's... Some pre paid cards do and therefore can except withdraws on them.... The Wired Plastic I believe is one...
