Losses to iowa, ohio state and weak ass schedule. Penn st had a soft schedule as usual. Can't beat a top 25 team. Simply put garbage team...

Not garbage, but certainly not worthy of top ten ranking.

There is not a team in the TOP 11 of the BCS rankings with anything remotely close to PENN STATES differential in the human and computer polls.
