Yes it WAS. But Pinny have grown hugely outside the US since they stopped accepting Americans. No one disputes that Pinnacle would love to, again tap into the US sports markets, but common sense suggests they have too much to lose by dong so.

I m not sure where this is heading. I mean pinny in my opinion is great. I make 10-20 grand bets on NFL quite a bit, and they never limit you, and there withdraws are faster than lightning. I m not so sure if they are having any financial issues. Its the only place I am willing to leave that much money in the account as well besides betcris.
