The Heisman is not career achievement award

    He had a mediocre year

I bet he does win, but I'm not so sure he deserves it. If I had to pick one who should win, I'd probably go with Colt.

I did not need to see Tebow have a great game since I have Colt +685 to win the Heisman. Colt's showcase game was the rivalary game vs Okla. He laid an egg. He stunk it up. Thats why I got such good odds in hopes the voters forget about that game. By reading some of these posts, I have a good feeling the voters are just thinking about what happened last week.

Knowing human nature, its how I make my money.

The only chance Ingram has now is for Ala to beat Fl and for him to get 150yds

Tebow is the MVP of college football, but that is not what the Heisman represents.

Who knows how the voters will treat Tebow?

If the voters can stay focused and not look at the overall career then Tebow will not win the trophy. However that may be difficult to do. If he wins next week against Alabama there is a very real possibility that his career will be a heavy factor in voters minds and a very real chance he will be a 2 time trophy winner.

The Heisman Race has not been decided yet.

If Nebraska knocks off Texas, McCoy is done. If UT wins, and McCoy has a good-to-great day, he's the favorite.

If Alabama beats UF, it may not be enough to get the Heisman for Ingram UNLESS he has a 2-3 TD, 125 + yd performance. That could sway voters at the last minute.

Tebow would need a stinker by McCoy and a great game vs. Bama. I still don't think his body of work can compare to McCoy this year.

Voting bias could also come into play. Ingram is from Flint, MI. That could help him in the north.

                                    My rankings right now:
                                    1. McCoy
                                    2. Ingram
                                    3. Tebow

It'd be nice to see McCoy go up against a defense with a pulse. Oh I forgot he played against OU. McCoy would be very average in the SEC.

I think you're right about that, and we'll probably see it in the National Championship game.

that stanford back went wild tonight... he definitely should get a look in the heisman race... he has had a good year. And I am a die-hard Gator who lives in Bama... so I know about the others.

Respectfully disagree. Colt McCoy will probably win it. Tebow will be a finalist. But I wish they would give it to the best running back in the nation, Toby Gerhart of Stanford.

mike alstott... i like to think of him as tom rathman. I think hes faster then both of them though. USC wanted to make him a Linebacker they missed on Toby.

if Colt doesnt put up at least 400 YDs and 4 TDs next week Tebow will win it.

One game last year WOW he gets my vote. How many 300yds games does Tebow have?

USC blew it. Stanford recruited him as a running back and he's been good every step of the way. I'd love to see the Chargers get him at the next level.

He's also got baseball as an option too.
