I purchased a freeplay with some of my points, how long does it usually take to get credited? It was betpho so that could have something to do with it i guess.

I'd say by tuesday it takes 2 working days (it says on the free play when you buy it)

There were some delays caused by BetPhoenix's mail server and site performance. We expect that all credits should be applied over the weekend.

BetPhoenix has paid freeplay credits within our 2 business day timeframe since their inception into the SBR Store, so while this delay is unfortunate it is not the norm for them. Please give them through the weekend to get order restored with the credits, if anyone is not paid by Monday morning let me know but all should be paid by then.
