I know people will say "just mute it" but its not the same.
Field miked and just that? You hear crowd noise, sounds of the game, whistles...alot of stuff.
Many would consider this vastly better than announcers. I expect this to be an available option one day, prolly just through NFL Sunday Ticket though.Comment -

I agree with you dark angel. I mean I appreciate good play by play as well, but that's about all I want from these guys. im not a guy who is offended by swearing, nor do i feel at this day and age people should still be worried about 4 letter words. With that being said, it was a family holiday with young kids around tv's today. Some parents dont want there kids to hear such words, and a NFL game that is gonna be broadcast during a family holiday should be "safe" to watch.Comment
