Free Plays. USA vs Everywhere else.
I was just browsing the net recently for a new sports book, and i found out that basically that almost every UK sports book offers free bets with no deposit required.
why is it so different in the united states?
do the united states books even offer free bets without deposit required?

There are no online sportsbooks in the USA.

The deposit bonuses offered by US facing books are generally vastly preferable than the free $20 you get in the UK.

Think you have slightly misunderstood. UK books will give you a free bet (normally a matching bet of GBP 25-50) which is credited after you make your first bet.

This though is still very different to the US facing sites.

The main reasons for this would be that the UK/Euro books operate in a much more competitive market and have much lower transaction costs for deposits and withdrawals, meaning they are less desperate for a client to keep funds in the account.

hmm maybe but i seen a lot of them where you did not need to deposit anything at all.
are there any that are open to usa customers that even do this. i guess that is my question. because i am looking for a new book.

          I don't misunderstand at all.

The euro books have a different business model. It's a different market as you suggest. It's legal, transactions are easy. I was just pointing out that deposit bonuses offered by many us facing books are superior to the free bets offered in europe.

But, if you want a US facing no deposit bonus. Turn in your SBR pts for one.

Oddsmaker has a free bet promotion. It is not recommended.

you're asking why people don't just hand out free money to you?

              tough question

This time you have misunderstood. My first message was to the OP.

In general, I would agree with you I would prefer to have a decent sized bonus, with fairly stringent rollover, than a smaller one with less conditions

Sorry for some reason I thought you were the OP when I read your response. Probably the large glass of whiskey I'm working my way through.

Honestly, I don“t know of any that offer this (through an intermediary maybe?). Any examples?
None of the reputable Euro bookies accept US players unfortunately.
