Techs as far as overtime are usually paid with points

Tomato wasn't able to access the site from 6:30PM-11:00PM 2 straight nights, is this an SBR issue or a Tomato issue?

Puts in perspective just how much I rely on my spreadsheet and SBROdds. Didn't have it for about 4-5 hours and was pulling my hair out.
