the provisions of uigea that are enforceable have been in place for quite some time. the rest is unenforceable. sportsbooks don't directly send checks. bank wires aren't traceable to the books. Nothing was going to happen.Comment -

It is huge, nobody thinks that this will be enforceable however banks were so scared they were going to be looking over every little foreign money exchange closely to avoid huge fines, it also would have caused issues for USA ADW horse players like me as the common bank worker is a retard and would not understand the distinction between legal ADWs and offshore gambling It would have not been fun depositing a check with xpressbet or youbet in huge letters on it, I applaud this and hope poker is legalized along with already allowed horse racing and the law is thoroughly explained to all institutions to NOT block horse or poker transactionsComment -
