is SBR slow for anyone else?

the last 10 minutes I was having the hardest time connecting to SBRforum. It would take a minute to open a page, or time out. anyone else having this problem?
I had no problem going to any other site on the web.

My whole connection was slow. In fact so slow that no page would load at any site.

My provider is usually reliable, this only happens once in a blue moon. I'll refrain from calling to chew them out.

We did not have a connection with SBR Servers for approximately 10 minutes.
