Florida A&M is trash on all levels of basketball unless they are playing a junior college

I think both of these will work out fine:

            Florida A&M +8.5 1H
            Chaminade +9.5 1H

GAME NOTES: The final round of the Cancun Challenge pits the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles against the Florida A&M Rattlers.
Oral Roberts is in need of a victory, as the team has suffered back-to-back defeats to fall to 2-3 overall. The Golden Eagles fell to Sam Houston State by a 71-65 final yesterday, and they simply did not look like the same team that beat Stanford and Oklahoma State earlier this season.
As for Florida A&M, it has yet to win a single game this year, and the fact that the club hasn't played a single home game to date hasn't helped matters. The Rattlers suffered an 88-73 loss to Rider yesterday in this event, and all five losses have come by 14 or more points.
This game marks the first-ever meeting between Oral Roberts and Florida A&M on the hardwood.
Through five games, Oral Roberts is scoring 69.0 ppg, and that output would certainly be better if not for the team's disappointing 29.9 percent shooting from the floor. The Golden Eagles are allowing 70.8 ppg to foes, and they have committed more total turnovers than those opponents. Kevin Ford is the leading scorer for ORU, as he is netting 13.2 ppg on 65.1 percent field goal efficiency. More than just a scorer, Ford is pulling down 8.0 rpg to go along with nine blocks. Dominique Morrison checks in with 12.4 ppg for the Golden Eagles, who are getting 11.2 ppg from Michael Craion. The fourth and final double-digit scorer is Warren Niles, as he brings an even 10.0 ppg to the mix. In the loss to Sam Houston State yesterday, Craion posted 14 points and 10 rebounds, but his solid effort wasn't enough to avoid defeat. A high total of 17 turnovers certainly hurt matters.
Florida A&M connected on 51.6 percent of its field goal attempts in the first half against Rider yesterday, but the team couldn't continue that pace after the break, dropping to 38.7 percent. The Rattlers finished the contest with 19 turnovers and were outscored 25-10 from the foul line. Leading the way in defeat was Dale Hughes, as he hit five three-pointers en route to 15 points. The only other A&M player to reach double figures in scoring was Travis Wallace, who tallied 10 points. As for Larry Jackson, he pulled down 10 rebounds before fouling out. Heading into that game, no FAMU player was scoring more than 9.8 ppg, so it isn't surprising that the Rattlers fell short at the offensive end.
The edge in this contest has to go to Oral Roberts, as it is simply a better team than Florida A&M. Still, don't expect a blowout, as the Golden Eagles will allow the Rattlers to hang around.
