Betphoenix not honoring cash/freeplay money?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but your free plays at the corrupt Sportbet will never amount to anything. Should you happen to build a bankroll there, they will not issue a payout. Their manager Moe will make up some ridiculous excuse as to why they wont pay you, as he has done to me and several other posters. My advice would be in the future to take your free plays at book that actually does issue payouts. Good luck!!!

Means wager $400, doesn't matter how much you bet per game

As long as it totals 400 or more.......usually the amount to win, not risked.

This is the way at most shops.

Glad to hear Archie, your 1st mistake was going onto live chat asking how far along you were with your rollover. All that does is give them a chance to answer you incorrectly

Just keep track and trust your figures and request the payout when possible

Unfortunately, it depends on who you get. One lady told me that they did not take ******** but I knew that was incorrect because I had used it before. A guy then confirmed what I already knew and that I was correct. Good shop from my experiences with a couple of hiccups here and there.

this has become an issue again, as I go to cash out..... I'm told by the same rep that told had cleared this up.... that my rollover is higher and includes a deposit I made that I had lost well before using my SBR freeplays.

Christ, overall I'm impressed by Phoenix thus far but they really do have an "Amatuer Night" feel to them at times, like this for example.

And what the hell is the 14 "business days" hold on deposited funds before withdrawing? Business Days? Are you f**king kidding me? Is there any other book that has this? I can only surmise then that Phoenix does no business whatsoever on Saturdays and Sundays....

they have not returned to free plays @ the sbr store

my assumption, which I hope is wrong, that after 300 free plays and 10 cents in deposits from degenerates with 6 points at midnight in their pockets, they have concluded this route is not profitable..hope i wrong.

I think the loyal will stay loyal, free play or not

on a side note..I like the old site set up more than the new..much easier to navigate and set up plays on the old soft ware..although the new stuff looks pretty

File a complaint form with SBR ,the previous deposit stuff sounds like BS
