They have
- good odds (soccer)
- rather high limits
- many live games
- often problems with their website!
- live chat (friendly but stubborn)
- an annoying verification process (need many documents if
one does payouts often)
- so far always paid out rather fast
- many deposit methods (Moneybookers etc), accounts in
many currencies

They are quite useful but I don't use them since a long time and still don't trust them as much as I trust other asian books like sbo or ibc bet.

just to tell us that i had deposit a 3figures amount by moneybookers and just withdraw a 4figures amount by moneybookers without any problems.They have asked for verification however but took 3day and everything was fine.
