Yes Slash there site is down at this time, and I can't seem to get thru on the phone right now to find out why either. Every time I call them I can't get through to a CS agent either.

Great having offers on the early baseball game without knowing whether they are fullfilled or not.... and I can get a better line at Pinnacle now.

          Slash,

I've been calling for the past 5 minutes now non-stop, and I still can't get through at all. The damn automated system keeps hanging up on me now.

On the phone with them now. Quite important to know whether one of these is enforced:

            Cause of delay Action
Unscheduled downtime: Cancel all offers on events starting that day.
DOS attack: Cancel all offers on event starting that day; markets then reopened under "trade at own risk" status.
Client connectivity: Client's responsibility; call for assistance w/trade cancellation during Matchbook office hours.

I tried to get through to option #3 to find out what the deal was with those, and never got a hold of anyone. I'm glad to hear you finally got a live operator Slash.

They don't know when they will be back up, and they can't give any info on the status of your bets (matched or not).

                  Geez, what a joke.

I was told they cannot access any accounts, so they cannot give you any information at all on the status of your offers or what bets you have made earlier in the day.

If they admit they're down it can't be client connectivity, which just leaves the Unscheduled downtime option surely.

Wow that's a tough one. Good to see their offer cancellation policy worked. I'm not sure what I'd do in that situation. That could really screw with someone who was using Matchbook to manage risk.

                              Yes...

That they can't even access accounts and tell you whether your offers were matched or not is scary.
