Very sad but true! City has no business ratables to support itself in the least. No chain franchises, no supermarkets, no anything! A few years back, the state of NJ took over the state funds used for education purposes because the local board of ed. had no clue how to properly use them? If only they could remove all human life and drop a bomb there and start over? Hard to think as a child went there shopping with my parents all the time.
