the other day bet phoenix told me over the phone if i deposit a minimum of 200$ they would give me an additional 200$. however the 400$ total had a 12 X rollover on it.

Why would you deposit at a book that practices bait and switch techniques, is down every other week when you want to bet, and has ridiculous check withdrawal policies?

Tomato says this is at best a C- operation.
