Mavs - stone cold lock?? I'm not sure I'm seeing what you're seeing. The Dodgers are 14-6 to the over at home this year, and last year they were a strong over team at home as well. Sure Stl has been a big under team so far this year, but that's because they were in a terrible and unexplained offensive funk to start the season that they appear to be coming out of. Sure they don't have the most formidable lineup in the world, but they still have a bunch of solid guys surrounding Pujols, which is a lineup that can be reasonably productive.
What are you seeing in this game? Kip Wells??? Yeah he's not as bad as his 6.50 ERA, he's more like a 5.00 ERA guy I suppose. Randy Wolf? Yeah he's thrown well this year, but he's mixed excellent outings with average ones, and he's due for an average one. I think Pujols will homer off of him tonight. He'll challenge Pujols and get burned, you can feel it coming.
I actually like the over a modest amount. Sure if Wells goes 7 and gives up 1, which he sometimes does, the under will look good. But I don't see "stone cold lock" anywhere near the under.
But I realize I'm just stating the obvious here. What makes you like the under so much?Comment -
