Georgia's turnover margin is -1.4 a game coming into this game, and they were -4 in this game, over twice what they usually do. The way that play unfolded and the way the blockers were going it looked like it should have been a handoff. Cox & Ealey got their wires crossed. Even then, common sense should tell you that you could turn around and look at the running back who is 4 feet away and hand it to him and not try to toss it to him like he's being watched by pitching scouts with a radar gun.
