They have their own connection to the internet. I guess they are their own ISP. That can have advantages and disadvantages. Other than their facility there are two other hosts that books use in Costa Rica. Their is RACSA which hosts sites like 5Dimes and then there is DS that hosts sites like Bookmaker and even SBR. We are with DS because of the DDOS attacks a while back.

Players who play a lot at crunch time or with halves and such should keep accounts funded at a few books with different ISP hosts.

Site has been down all day for me. Pretty damn frustrating considering I do by far the majority of my betting on Saturdays and half my bankroll is with them.

It's absolutely ridiculous to be doing "maintenance" on a Saturday if that is at all true as well. Do maintenance Tuesday morning, not on the second heaviest betting day of the week (and maybe heaviest). So frustrating.

i just called a vietnamese part of phoenix and some chinaman answered. .it took me 8 minutes to get in 1 bet.. and when i asked him for the hockey lines, the kid sounded lost. he had no idea what he was doing.. he couldn't even pronounce toronto or montreal..

i swear i didn't understand a fukkin word he said.. he sounded like that guy that answers the phone when i order some chinks at Foo Lam restaurant here in montreal. i was ready to order some egg rolls and pineapple chicken with a won ton soup.

calling this chinaman was the only way to get in a bet.. no one else is answering.
