Pinnacle beting screen

This is the first time i use a sportsbook. I kind of figure it out by my self , but i have some doubts . Please explain. I`m not familiar whit american odds type thats why i use decimal odds type. Even so i different.

I know that the yellow sections are for betting . But what do i type if i want to bet $1? do i type 1 or 1.00 ?
Tel me what does the blue means, that i completely dont understand ? What thus "pk" means?
Thus pinnacle sports use a referral program? If yes, where do i find it .

Pk is a spread on a soccer handicap. You bet PK and the team you take wins you win, they tie you push, they lose you lose.
