#10The idea of survivor pools is to get to week 17. You have to plan accordingly. At this point in the season you should have a good idea of who you plan on using every single week from here on out. It's nothing set in stone as many factors can influence decisions between now and a month from now (injuries). However the concept of getting thru one week at a time is flawed since getting knocked out in week 11 or week 16 yields the same result.Comment -

#12There are lots of variables to consider:
1)How many players are left in your pool.(If there are a lot, then you might need to gamble, otherwise play it safe.)
2)What are your remaining teams?(It hard to believe that Detroit is your best option this week.)
3)What's the prize structure? (I assume it's winner-take-all, but other prize structures might affect strategy.)Comment -

#25Use Pitts. No use saving them for the playoffs, they might not even make it in the wicked AFC. Even if they make the playoffs, they'll be road dogs the whole way.
Use Dallas next, they melt down late in the season, not to mention the playoffs. Use them while they are still a reasonable play.
I might save the Saints for round 2 of the playoffs, if you're into saving teams. Otherwise, play them soon before they clinch everything and let the foot off the gas.Comment -

#26Strategy:
If you have more than 1 entry, go with Detroit, for one of them.
If you have just 1, stay with a heavy chaulk.
The worse feeling you can have is to be taken out by Detroit, in week # 11.
Just ask anybody that took Detroit over St. Louis, a few weeks, ago. Those people are in deep regret.
Anyways:
Cincy- Oakland has given up.
New Orleans- Most lopsided matchup, but still road division Rivalry. Buccs getting better, Saints wins are getting smaller.
Pitt- Pitt has no Polomalu, but how does KC still win?
Dallas- At home, but division rivalry. Does Dallas shake off Green Bat humiliation.
Indy- I really do believe the Colts will win this. But I understand that their is a lot of reasons to not take Indy.

#31use the boys then. no sense in taking a 3 pt favorite who has 1 win in the past two seasons over a 6-3 team at home vs the last place team in their division.
wash won last week but that was due to Kyle Orton getting hurt. Dallas should have no issues with them this week.
I see now you havent used Pitt or NO either. Can't see either losing, especially NO. Probably wouldn't touch Pitt on the road, but NO and Dallas are both pretty safe bets to win SUComment -
