    Hey Katstale,

If you sign up for neteller from Panama, they ask for a resident ID. Can you get a resident ID or license as an American?

I've got a buddy down there so I plan to visit some day.

    Thanks,

    Sean

      yep,

neteller requires a ID, a valid phone number (in your case, panama phone number), and proof of residency when you open an account or change your country.

if you go to panama i guess you can open a offshore abnk there. what address will you give them? panama bank's address? are you going to tape a picture to your panama bank card and use that as your id?

unless you open a mailbox there or rent or buy a place, i doubt you can use neteller as if you're in panama

        Come on -

IF you are going through the expense of going to panama to be able to use neteler... presumably, you can afford an address either through some stripper who will take $100 to get your mail or a mailbox shop...
