Anyone else have a hard being credited with the sign up bonus when you joined? I've had to go fax copies of my ID and a bill with my address 3 times. The first time they said it was the bill they coudn't see clearly. The second time they said they got the bill ok but didn't recieve the ID, even though I sent it again when I thought I didn't need to. The third time they said they didn't recieve anything.

Why is this all necessary when I deposited with Neteller?

I see now the're telling me they did recieve it but it's too dark. I sent different shades. My address and name are bright white that clearly stick out.

carib's bonus can not ever be withdrawn. when you request a payout, they take the bonus away. so ask yourself, is it worth it or not, going thru all the trouble that is.

bigboydan, I fully understand the rules of the bonus. It can still be used to make a bet and you can withdrawal the winnings, so in the end it still is a goog deal. But you are right it has not been worth it. It's caused me stress and time this afternoon I would have been better off capping.

ok, wasn't sure if you were familar with there bonus rules or not. because, thats alot of trouble to go thru all of that hassle, for something that is revoked when you cash out. IMO

Your experience Dire-Wolf is not similar to mine. Granted I have played at Carib a long time, but having to send in ID to get a bonus with them is new and maybe is unique to you. For players using Neteller, I would think there would be no ID required even to w/d, but in your case it seems they are watching your account carefully. Did you or a friend get a referral bonus when you signed up? That could be it.

Would be interested if anyone else has had similar experience to Wolf.

I don't like their bonus concept at all, take off your skirt Carib and play ball.

No lakerfan there was no referral bonus when I signed up. The only mistake I might have made is saying I heard of them at the RX when I signed up. I have been nothing but polite and patient with them even though I'm really getting pissed off with the run around. I must say what there trying to do is working because I'm thinking bothering with bonuses are a waste of time. Bonus or no bonus when I start with a book that I've planed on using for a while and it starts out like this, it leaves a sour taste and I have little respect or convidence in them. In the night I went out and scaned my Id and and emailed it to them. I sent them a message today and waiting for there response .

Dire-Wolf, I would agree with you. Is certainly a strange if not poor way to treat a customer. If there is no referral bonus involved tough to figure out what they are worried about unless they have received a lot of signups recently from one area of the world and are worried about bonus abuse, but this is strange either way.

I don't remember if Carib requested it or if I automatically send them my ID. I'm used to do that with online casinos, and always through email as faxes darkens cards. I know; I get faxes of credit cards at work and I end up calling clients all the time to request it again.

As for the sticky bonus, they must have been hit hard by bonus hunters cause I don't think I've ever seen sticky bonuses in other sportsbooks.

But I only have positive comments for their CS. If there's something I do, it's calling, emailing and chatting with CS a lot. Almost testing their patience. And from my personal experience, Carib stands above some of the A+ books in that department.
