Yeah, I try to stop by to say hi a couple times a week, but the place is always empty. I'm seeing a ton of good posters from SBR at other sites now too, is there some sort of exodus going on for posters that can't take reading 200 threads a day about points?

Seems to me like SBR is as busy as they've ever been. Chat is dead though, but I doubt SBR cares because I doubt they made any money off of it.

I never once went into chat and with a beat up crowd consisting of Scholar, Amby and Blitty loitering around in there, I'm glad I never did!!!

Chat is unfinished. Its day will come. We need more investment in time than we can currently give chat. One day we will be able to have contests like trivia in there. We also want to invite guests from the Dr. Bob types to ex professional athletes. We will need some significant programming time and a server host in a 1st world country(costa rica bandwith is limited and expensive). Chat will have its day.

stop kidding yourself john. no disrespect to whoever developed it, but is sucks. half the time it doesnt work at all and the other half, you have to type shit in 2 or 3 times to get it to post. we have been over this a dozen times. you need to completely ditch what you have now. spend the $15 a month to get Chat Blazer. will save you so much money in man hours and other expenses. plus, the software makes sbrchat look like 3rd graders developed it. it has so many more features and if it has any problems, chatblazer fixes it so you dont have to fool with it. its sad to see a forum 1/100th the size of sbr having better chat software. you cant beat it and you guys insists on wasting time and money on sbrchat. for the last time, throw it out and buy chatblazer. it really shouldnt be this difficult
