i had my battles, too.. what a 2.5 yr nightmare for me too.. the lying and all.. i coudn't take it anymore.. they were always in meetings, or out of the office..tues i would be waiting for a control # and it's friday and no one is getting back to me. then they say it wasn't sent. then they say next wed, 100%.. now it's friday, NOTHING.. not even 200$ out of my big balance..
then one day i called them up 4 months ago and asked for a book to book to matchy and girl says, no prob, and it was all sent in 2 minutes. i thought i was dreaming..Comment -
Maybe Richard can tell us if it's ok to have accounts at both books? I opened my Mania account 2-3 years ago.
