I dont think Mayweather will be hit by Pacman as you think. Mayweather is very quick on his feet and will not have much of a problem getting away from Pacman, were I see the problem being is the fight will be somewhat of repetition and Pacman will be throwing more punchs (although he wont be landing much) the judges might give him rounds based on him being busy.
That and everyone pretty much hates MMW & he wont clearly bash Pacmans face is so it might be close. Atleast in the Judges view.
I know a couple things for sure.
PBF cant KO Pacman
Pacman will not bash PBF face like he did Cotto
MMW will not stand infront of Pacman
MMW defense is highly highly underrated & he will show it when he makes Pacman look human
Pacman is on some type of performance enhancing drug!

Freddie Roach took a washed-up Oscar and led him to a split decision against a prime Mayweather. Pacquiao will outpoint Mayweather, win 8-4 or 9-3. What happened in the last 6 rounds of the Cotto match will probably start showing up in rounds 10, 11, and 12 as Pacquiao pulls away.
