When the 12th started the ref was really ready to stop the fight, he was looking for any reason. Pacman landed a couple of punches and that was it. Cotto was running by that point anyway.

cotto tried to win the fight by backing up... cant beat pacman by backing up all fight long. need to stand ground, draw him back with the jab, and use size/power

Awesome fight. Pacquaio is amazing. The stoppage was kind of BS. If the ref didn't stop it in the 9th, then there was no reason to stop it in the 12th. Very questionable stoppage. I kind of think something was going on, because he was looking for any reason to stop it. I think anyone with Pacman by KO or TKO got a gift.
