ok now i am confused more than ever. is this for OCT or NOV? If it's OCT, why is it announced midway thru NOV? and if it's for NOV, why is it announced 14 days in. Shouldnt' we wait till the end of the month? I have nver seen an award handed out 2.5 weeks before the month is over.

what month did he win it? If it's for OCT, why is it mentioned now and if it's NOV, why now and who was POTM for OCT?

we need answers.
