Refrigerator delivery question

Sears is coming to bring me a new fridge tomorrow and take away this old one. But nobody ever told me what I'm supposed to do, if anything. What do I need to do?

Someone was telling me if it's not disconnected, they won't take it away? But nobody at Sears told me anything.

Is the fridge empty and clean? If yes then why is it still connected? If not..

Just empty it out and have a cooler w/ soft drinks and beer (for the delivery guys). Sears will do the rest, just gotta unplug and disconnect the ice maker copper.

ha, I went through the same thing 7 months ago. My mother bought us a fridge and the clerk told her they would move our old fridge to the basement. When the latino delivery crew came I told them they have to move it downstairs. They said no way. I told them ok, don't do it and to take the fridge back. The dream team huddled and said they would do it. They struggled really bad and were pissed but they got it done.
