Help me choose a bookie

Im looking for a good reliable bookie with those features:
-Avilable for Israeli customers.
-Western Union deposit availability.
-Minimum of ~100$-200$ limitation per bet(that wont go down after few winning bets). For soccer games especially.
-Lines in decimal form.
-Good odds for straight bets and handicap bets.

Any recommendations ?

As far as i know most books will take punters from anywhere so you will need to check this out before you start.The obvious exception to this is people from the US.The books you want to look at are pinnacle,the greek,canbet,centrebet,stan james,mansion and betfair.Best of luck
