Well Willow, I don't know if you are still able to use Neteller, but if you are I can provide you with my experience...I only ever deposited and withdrew via Neteller, and though I always recieved my payouts, speed was not one of their best traits.
Mind you, I'm comparing them to sites like Greek, Cris and Pinnacle, which were usually quite fast. However, I never understood why it should take 4 days to process a Neteller request, when many if not most other sites could do it in a few minutes or a couple of hours, tops.
Again, I reiterate that I was always paid, but the least amount of time it took was 30 hours. Usually, you're looking at 2 1/2 days, sometimes up to 4, and in one horrid instance a week and a half.
And if you don't use Neteller, I guess I haven't been very informative at all.....I can add that emails are usually handled quickly, which is good seeing as they have no Livechat service.Comment -
i have no complaints from them won a wsop seat had no problems 12000 and an austrian masters seat no problems at all a little slow sometimes not greatest lines but reliableComment -
No problems with my payout. If you're from the US, though, I think bank wire is the only option.Comment
