When the books call you that would not be considered a cold call, because it is not completely random. They call you based on some type of lead. And yes I hate it.

Bookmaker has called me before when I had money in my account and bets pending, they mispronouced my name and then hung up on after I told them I already have money in my account. I have no problems with Bookmaker but it would seem that this would have to be bad for their overall business.
