Open-Ended Teasers

I hear a lot of you talking about open-ended teasers. I was wondering which books allow you to pick the first leg of a teaser and keep it open until you are ready to identify the 2nd game. thanks

BookMaker does, but phone-in only, can't do it over the net, and $50 minimum

RebateWager has them online and you can leave open one or two legs

JJ, thank you Sir. I plan on adding them here shortly. 5Dimes, OLY, and RebateWager are the only three I will be at by the end of the month. I'm saying goodbye to some others as we speak. Will only need three from here on out. I feel this is a perfect trifecta=5Dimes, Greek, and RW.
