    Don't forget to do your pushups today, boys
    I am working on the 800-850 round here. Going for 1500 today. If you want a hot bod like Matt McConaughey, Mark Whalberg or Buzzy, you must put in the effort. Just a quick reminder to step away from the monitor to bang out a few every 10 minutes. Carry on.



    This is the look to shoot for. Women will not line up to phuck you if you are bloated from roids like Deuce and Coach (no disrespect). Just facts.

          Jg, don't make excuses. Pushups, pullups/chinups and hill sprints must be staples. You should hit the barbell too but do not underestimate bodyweight exercises. Do them in high volume and in all varieties.

                buzzy i lift 4/5 days a weak im not clowning anything. im just stating i gurantee Matt McConaughey and Mark Whalberg both have very sound training programs and almost perfect diets.

                  As do I, pal. Diet is key but DO NOT NEGLECT the classic bodweight exercises. Keep up the pace. I see motherphuckers resting 30 minutes between sets. Go whole body. Go for intensity, baby! Be like BUZZAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!

                          Tonight I am going for a good long run and will break it up with chinups and pullups from tree limbs in the woods. Just get that honest hard work in then go home and enjoy a much deserved dinner.

                                                    JG, don't rush the bulk, baby, or you will end up fat as hell. Nice n slow is the way to go. Don't buy into the powerlifter dirty bulk bullshit. I trained like a PL but ate like a smart BB for 4 months to put on the 10lbs. Have dropped 3 and like the way I look here. Net 7lb muscle gained sans drugs. Ripped at 182 and standing at 6 feet. I am a phucking Adonis! JG, when I go out in my Levis and a nice tight fittin' shirt the Cougars are all over phucken Buzzy, dry humpin' me n shit. Unreal! Michigander cougars are my fave these days. They are used to seeing fat ass Michigan rednecks and are just instantly warm n wet when a ripped Canadian stud walks by.
