I have a serious problem with the bookmaker Totosi.it. I am registered in Totosi since several motnhs ago and until now I have never had any proble with this bookmaker.
Suddenly to login in my account I must confirm several personal detail and of course I dont have any problem in confirm it.
But here is the problem: when I confirm my personal details it says that my fiscal code doesnt match. so I cant login in my account.
I have tried to contact with them but it is impossible, they offer a telphone number (800900500) but I have called and this telephone is nos totosi's telephone. I have sent several email and I have never received an answer, the email addresses I have sent emails are: account@totosi.it, info@totosi.it, reclami@totosi.it, b-zroma@barzano-zanardo.com
I have money in my totosi account and I am afraid about it, if you could help me I would be very grateful.

I also cant confirm this fiscal code.
Thx god that i dont have money there and i leafe this bookie alone.
They have Italian license..if you understand all details correctly maybe you now where in Italy you should submit complaint.

Sam I filled out the complaint form 2 weeks ago and anybody has answered me
