JJ, might wanna consider Brock for the position. Brock has displayed numerous times that he is familiar with shady goings on. Brock, while not overly bright in concealing his efforts at fraud, extortion and criminal activities cause he likes to boast. So obviously if Brock can't be quiet about his own schemes you just know he'll not be quiet about others.

Brock is the perfect canidate to be your neighborhood watch person.
